Job Description:
We are seeking an enthusiastic and results-driven Marketing and Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for digital marketing and sales, with a deep understanding of online marketing strategies and platforms, including SEO, PPC, SEM, social media marketing, content creation, video and graphic editing, and website development. You will be responsible for generating leads, managing client relationships, and promoting our services across multiple digital channels to enhance brand awareness and drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities:

Sales & Business Development:
- Identify new business opportunities and generate leads through various channels.
- Conduct market research to understand client needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Establish and maintain relationships with potential clients and existing customers.
- Pitch and sell digital marketing services (SEO, PPC, SEM, social media, video editing, etc.) to businesses.
- Manage sales processes, from lead generation to closing deals.

Digital Marketing Management:
- Develop and implement digital marketing strategies for clients, focusing on SEO, SEM, and PPC campaigns.
- Manage and optimize social media marketing campaigns on platforms like Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Twitter.
- Create and manage content marketing strategies, including blog posts, email newsletters, and more.
- Plan and execute video and graphic editing for advertisements and promotional content for websites and social media channels.
- Monitor and analyze website performance and social media analytics, adjusting strategies to improve engagement and conversion rates.

Advertisement Campaign Management:
- Develop and manage digital ad campaigns for clients, particularly for websites, YouTube, Facebook, and Instagram.
- Oversee the creation and execution of ads for various platforms to ensure maximum reach and ROI.
- Optimize campaigns based on performance data and customer feedback.

Client Account Management:
- Provide exceptional customer service and post-sales support.
- Collaborate with clients to identify their needs and provide solutions that fit their marketing objectives.
- Handle sponsorship negotiations and manage sponsorship opportunities for News Aapke Saath and other projects.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Proven experience in digital marketing, SEO, SEM, PPC, social media marketing, content marketing, video editing, and website development.
- Strong understanding of online marketing channels and platforms (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram, YouTube, etc.).
- Proficiency in video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro) and graphic design tools (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator).
- Experience in website development, preferably with WordPress, HTML/CSS, or similar platforms.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects.
- Familiarity with analytics tools (Google Analytics, social media insights) to track and report on campaign performance.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
