To be eligible for the NCL Technician Trainee posts, candidates must fulfill the following educational qualifications and age requirements:
Matriculation / 10th Class Pass from a recognized board
ITI Certificate in relevant trade (Fitter, Electrician, or Welder)
Apprenticeship Certificate of 1 Year in the same trade from an NCVT/SCVT recognized institution
